Please note that Discern Genomics provides independent, non-clinical educational support and does not offer medical diagnosis, clinical assessment, or urgent care. It is not a substitute for NHS or regulated clinical genetic services.

We aim to respond to enquiries during normal business hours, Monday–Friday, usually within 2–3 working days. If your enquiry relates to urgent health concerns, please contact your GP, NHS services, or appropriate emergency care.

Parking

If you are attending an in-person support session and travelling by car, we recommend using Car Park 2 – Visitor Parking (Google Maps).

Please register your vehicle registration number at the Sussex Innovation Centre Reception upon arrival to avoid parking charges.

If Car Park 2 is full, please proceed to Science Park Road, where additional parking lot is available nearby. Vehicles parked in any visitor car park should be registered at Reception upon arrival to avoid parking charges.
