Memberships
Memberships combine digital learning with optional personalised support sessions, allowing support to evolve as your questions and circumstances change. These memberships do not include community forums or group-based support.
Important: Basic Support is available as a 1-month or 3-month rolling subscription. Standard and Extended Support are billed monthly.
There is no minimum commitment. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date, with changes taking effect from the following renewal and no further payments taken. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled via your account dashboard or by contacting us before your next scheduled payment.

Services do not provide medical diagnosis, clinical genetic counselling, psychotherapy, treatment, or medical advice.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
How Membership Support Sessions Work
Sessions are not fixed to a single topic
Session focus is shaped collaboratively and may evolve over time
Sessions can be used across any Discern Genomics Support Area, including:
Understanding genetic results and information
Exploring family history and genetic questions
Living with genetic uncertainty and emotional impact
Preparing for or reflecting on clinical appointments
Sessions are for use within each billing period and do not usually roll over
Discern Genomics provides independent, non-clinical support, and is not a substitute for NHS or clinical genetic services
